A $25 nightly fee per pet will be applied to reservations that include pets. • Mid-Stay Cleaning – $170. We'll refresh the entire space to its original state, so you can relax and enjoy the city. • Gated Parking for Boats, Jet Skis, RVs, or Trailers – $20/night (26 ft L x 12 ft W space, ideal for vessels up to 22 ft.) Includes access to a washdown area for your vessel. • RV Hookups (Power + Water + WIFI) – Starting at $50/night. Hosting extra guests in an RV? Park it on-site with full hookups. • Private boat Charter – From $550 for 4 hours (up to 5 guests), or $980 for 8 hours Enjoy Miami from the water, on a 19-foot cruise boat, with a local captain. Stop at sandbars, go fishing, or take in the sights. • Photography Session – ($300) with beautiful Miami scenery. • In-Home Massage or Spa Services – Starting at $200.
